Over the past 15 years, he has successfully managed talent, overseeing career strategy, casting, media placements, and brand partnerships for creatives, actors, and high-profile professionals.

As the Founder of JA Media & Management , Jarek specializes in talent representation, media production, and brand strategy, ensuring his clients achieve maximum industry visibility. He currently manages actor and creative talent Troy Jensen and Model and Actress Mitzi Martin handling their on-camera career, casting opportunities, and industry positioning.

Jarek’s extensive industry background includes working with top production companies such as de Passe Jones, Bunim/Murray, ET Entertainment, and ApeExtras, as well as collaborating with Lenora Claire Casting on specialized projects. His work with casting directors and production companies extends to commercials for Benefit Cosmetics, Dior Beauty UGC Campaigns.

Beyond talent management, Jarek has played a key role in celebrity branding, casting, and media production, working directly with the managers and agents of A-list talent to secure media placements and brand collaborations. His portfolio includes working on music videos, commercials and print campaigns with the likes of Nicole Scherzinger, Jewel, EnVogue, Mariah Carey, Kim Kardashian, and Paris Hilton fragrances, as well as major luxury beauty brands like Dior, Gucci Beauty, and Monique Lhuillier.
